I have been married for over 33 years to my high school sweetheart and we have six children ranging in age from 16 to 29 years old. Four daughters followed by two sons.

I have been a professional inspector for over 17 years. Not only am I trained and certified in home and VA inspections but I have daily, practical, hands-on experience with every aspect of homes and commercial buildings. I owned my own successful construction and remodeling company for over 15 years and have over 20 years of construction experience. Being able to spot problems and issues with a home or building takes more than just classroom work and passing a test. It really takes knowing how homes and buildings are built from the ground up. I do know because I have built, remodeled and inspected homes of every age and construction type as well as many commercial buildings.
