"Travis is very good at explaining his findings so the buyer understands what sis needed to get the house in good shape. Safety issues are identified and reported. He helps the buyer develop a ls of priorities for repair, noting those that need immediate attention versus those that can be delayed. He also explains that some issues are common in old houses and were acceptable when built but may not be to code by today's standards, With so many century-plus homes in our market, it is nice to have a hme inspector who has a good knowledge of construction over the the past 100 years. "We hired Travis to do a home inspection for a house we planned to purchase in Parkersburg, WV. He was punctual, corresponded promptly to our questions, and scheduled our inspection in a timely manner. He provided us with a room by room tour of what was good about the house and directed our attention to the safety issues that needed fixed immediately. He addressed all the issues inside and outside of the home, which reassured us about previous concerns we had about the house when we had toured it. "Travis was incredible! He responded to my inquiry about scheduling a home inspection within minutes, and scheduled me within that week. When I arrived at the home the day of the inspection, he had a full verbal report and walked through the home with me too. He was very detailed, genuine, reassuring, and made it clear he was working for me and not the realtors or the buyers. It felt like talking to a family member or close friend who really had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend this service!
