If you have an inspection scheduled please print out the form, fill in the address

to be inspected, the date of your inspection, print your name,

sign and date the form at the bottom, then return it to us by:

-  Scanning it in and email it to travis@christmaninspections.com

-  Taking a clear photo on your phone and texting it to 1.740.350.3390 or email it to travis@christmaninspections.com

-  Bringing the form with you to your inspection walk through

If you do not have a printer, please read the inspection terms and agreement prior to your inspection. I will have copies with me that you can sign at the inspection walk through, if you cannot print it out.
